🌍 Where do you ship?
We currently ship to all countries in Europe. We're working on expanding to the US and other international destinations soon — stay tuned!

🚚 Is shipping really free?
All boxes include free tracked shipping across most of Europe. 

💳 How does the subscription work?
Choose the monthly subscription option and get a fresh box of Greek snacks delivered automatically each month. You’ll be charged €29.69 monthly — and you can cancel, skip, or pause your subscription anytime.

🔁 Can I buy just one box?
Yes! You can order a one-time box for €32.99 if you just want to try it out or gift it. But you’ll save €3.30/month when you subscribe!

🛑 Can I cancel or skip a box?
Absolutely — there’s no commitment. You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription anytime from your account or by contacting us directly.

📅 When will I receive my box?
We ship all orders within 2–5 business days from Greece.
Estimated delivery times:
– Greece: 2–4 business days
– Rest of Europe: 5–10 business days

🍪 What if I have allergies?
Our boxes may contain or come into contact with common allergens like nuts, sesame, dairy, and gluten. We recommend reading the labels carefully and contacting us if you have questions.

🎁 Can I send a box as a gift?
Yes! You can enter the recipient's details at checkout. You can even add a gift message — we’ll take care of the rest with love and care 💙
